You can try it out on your face then go outside and check if the foundation will look natural on you. If you’re a sensitive person, you can try swatching the foundation on your jawline.

As of now, I'm using Soothing BB cream available from Watsons kso prang ndi xa effective sken though light nmn ung feeling unlike foundation n ang kpal ng feeling s face.  I've tried foundation before kso lge my break out and feeling ko umitim ung face ko.. Thank You Sis! Hope you can help me to decide which one is better for me....
A13. I had that same experience with foundation, especially for liquid foundation. If you’re acidic, get a shade lighter than your skintone.
My HG liquid foundation is from Mary Kay Time Wise Matte Wear Liquid Foundation (I’m in Beige 2 for NC 30). It doesn’t oxidize on me. However, the coverage is sheer to medium only. It can cake if you add too much layer (especially if you're using foundation brush). I use my Egg sponge to apply it. I had been using it for months already. I will definitely repurchase it.
For BB cream, since Luview Whitening BB Capsule is not available here (and pricey if you purchase it online), I recommend you to try Skin79 BB Cream (Hot Pink). It works really great on my skin.

Unfortunately, this is also the exact time that we wish we could take better care of ourselves as a way to compete with what time – and life – have done to our bodies. That’s why we decided to put together this list of 10 things even a woman with little to no time can do to keep herself looking and feeling her best.


1. BUY YOUR HAIR A GIFT

No time for the salon? That doesn’t mean that you can’t treat your hair well. Next time, go for the expensive shampoo with all the fancy hair strengthening ingredients and moisturizers. It doesn’t take any more time, but healthier hair looks and feels better.

Overweight in Adolescence, How to Avoid Being Overweight

In writing this article I think teens who now suffer from having excess weight and, in turn, continue with the same eating and exercise habits that led to this overweight. Most important of normal weight not look a certain way, but feel good and stay healthy.

The good news is never too late to change eating habits and exercise to control weight, and these changes do not have to be neither so large nor so drastic. Being overweight is not the same as having a few extra pounds. Obese people are very overweight and at risk of developing serious health problems.

What are the causes of obesity?
People gain weight when they consume more calories (energy) than they burn. These excess calories are stored as fat. Gaining weight takes time.

Overweight and obesity are hereditary factors, but above all, rely on family habits. For example, many families eat the same foods, have the same habits (like eating snacks watching TV) and tend to think alike on issues related to food (for example, insisting that children eat a lot of catching " big and strong. ") All this can contribute to overweight.

In many cases, emotions can also stimulate overweight. Many teens eat when they feel sad, bored, or are nervous. Then comes the guilt and eat more to relieve stress that causes the inability to stop eating large amounts of food, in this way over and over again the same behavior.

One of the most important factors in weight gain is a sedentary lifestyle. Currently, youth are less active than in the past, because they take more time watching television, playing video games and computers. Our lives are dominated by cars, in fact, few teenagers who walk or use bicycles as transportation. In addition, each day more families eat in restaurants, buy cooked food in stores or meals ready to heat. These foods usually contain much more fat and calories than homemade food prepared from fresh.

How to avoid being overweight?
The easiest way is to exercise regularly and paying attention to the type and amount of food you choose to eat, that does not mean you have to be an athlete and does not mean that all day you have to eat lettuce.

To stay active, try to exercise for 30 to 60 minutes most days of the week. Walking, biking, skating, dancing or playing ball or racquets are good ways to burn calories and stay fit. Perform the following activities to keep you moving:
* Go out for a walk.
* Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
* Walk instead uses the car, bike as often as possible.
* Assist with household tasks such as vacuuming, washing the car or clean the windows, all these tasks burn calories.
* Alternate activities to avoid boredom: running, biking, etc...
* Limit time spent watching TV or video games, read a book to consume more calories.
* Eating well does not mean dieting to lose a few pounds.
* Instead, make healthy choices every day:
* Soft drinks, fruit juices and sports drinks loaded with sugar, drink skim milk or water.
* Eat at least five servings of vegetables and fruit every day.
* Avoid fast food restaurants. If you can not, try to choose healthier foods like grilled chicken or salads, and ask normal portions, not extra large!
* Pay attention to not eating out of boredom. Do not skip breakfast, as this will help to not feel hungry mid-morning.
* Avoid eating in front of the TV.

What to do?
It is important that adolescents are overweight talk to a doctor or health specialist, as well as parents, before trying to lose weight. With professional help and family support can devise a safe plan, based on eating well and exercising. Teenagers need to eat regularly, not eating or dieting rare can only bring trouble to hinder normal development.

You may also want to keep a diary of your progress. Write down everything you eat, how much you exercise and how you feel. Changes may take time, but seeing the progress in writing will help you stay true to the plan.

GEO: Bella 205 (Gray) Circle Lenses

I’m back again. I've been trying my best to upload reviews every day for this week. Can you tell?
Today’s review is a contact lenses sent by Jhia of Red Jhelli Shop.

Red Jhelli Shop is an online shop that sells Geo lenses (and Mary Kay products). I guarantee you, she is selling ONLY ORIGINAL circle lenses. I already checked the authenticity of these lenses.
Bella BS-205 (Gray) has 14.2 mm diameter, the typical diameter I use for contact lenses. For me, this size is best for people who like to make their eyes bigger but still looking natural. If you want this design but would like to get a bigger effect, I suggest to you to purchase the Xtra Bella Gray (15mm) instead.

Unlike the two lenses I’ve tried from Geo circle lenses (angel and nudy), this appears to be less obvious on my eyes. The design is nothing fancy, just a black/gray-ish spiked design on the outer ring of the circle lenses.
I like these lenses because the design enhances the eyes (brightens up the eyes) without going overboard. It is the most natural looking contact lenses I had so far.
I have dark brown eyes and these circle lenses shows decently in natural lighting.  As expected, inspite of being called “Gray,” this appears to be deep blue on my eyes.

This is my 4th geo contact lenses, if I’m not mistaken. Just like all the other Geo lenses that I’ve tried, these are comfortable to wear but do not wear them for so long (less than 8 hours, please).

However, I admit, I don’t wear contact lenses most of the time. Back then, I use contact lenses every single day and most often than not I use contact lenses for more than 6 hours.

Just like what I’ve said in all my past posts in geo lenses,   I wouldn’t recommend you to wear it for a year, even if the life span of this lense is good for 1 year. Also, wear them for only 6 hours maximum starting 4th month from 1st purchased to avoid any discomfort.

Let's admit it, contact lenses aren't always comfortable to wear. If you feel like your lenses are hurting your eyes already, use some lubricants or remove your contact lenses and let your eyes rest for a while. 

Overall, I recommend this circle lenses if you seek for a natural looking eyes. Otherwise, this may disappoint you.
