Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper

• 100 ml red wine
• 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 hard boiled eggs

• 10 pitted olives

Preparation
